UCA General Insurance Services was founded in 1984. Although a lot has changed in the 25 years since Lin Lan started the company in a small office with a few employees much remains the same. Lin believed then that our business was built on relationships, service and trust and at UCA General Insurance Services we still believe that today.

In those 25 years many companies have come and gone but one thing has remained the same. UCA General Insurance Services was there for its brokers and insured’s in 1984 just as we’re here for them today.

Geographical Coverage
UCA writes program business in 8 Western States: California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and Idaho. Our Corporate Headquarters and two branches operate in California, with three additional branches in Washington, Arizona and Nevada. Each office is staffed with knowledgeable managers and underwriters that produce an array of business for our exclusive program.

The historical geographic distribution of the UCA portfolio was initially concentrated in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. With the opening of offices in Central California, as well as San Diego, UCA improved the geographical balance on a statewide basis.

Over the last 15 years, UCA expanded into the contiguous states with the same focus towards a suburban commercial account base and exemplary underwriting guidelines. Our commitment to quality service and products is unwavering, and has been the foundation of our success over the past 25 years.
